Urgent Requirement for the following position at a leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait:
Position: Foreman (Steel)
Requirements:
• Supervise and manage all daily steel fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly, ensuring smooth workflow and achievement of production targets.
• Ensure all fabricated work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards, with strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with production, stores, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials, proper scheduling, and resolution of workshop-related issues while reporting daily progress.
• Enforce strict safety standards by ensuring proper use of tools, machinery, and PPE, while training, guiding, and monitoring workers’ performance, attendance, and discipline.
