and external partners to optimise
menu for delivery, pricing/margins,
visual appeal, service metrics and
ultimately increase transactions
2. B2B review and optimisation of
product matrix. Create / follow new
leads, with management support as
required
3. Events and catering. With the
assistant of management when
required, create / follow new leads,
optimise menu and margins
4. Produce / review relevant reports
5. Support cost efficiency projects
6. All relevant admin tasks
7. Any other relevant tasks as required
by management
