The Staff Accountant is the financial control backbone of the company, responsible for ensuring complete financial accuracy, compliance, reconciliation, and reporting across all business units and locations.

This is not a data-entry role.

It is a control, coordination, and accountability role that ensures sales, cash, inventory, expenses, payroll, assets, and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial integrity, audit readiness, and monthly financial closure.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and on time in the company’s accounting system, and that the books of accounts reflect true operational and financial activity at all times.
