Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecom Project Coordinator those who are currently working in Kuwait to support telecom site implementation, RF activities, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate telecom site activities including survey, installation, commissioning, and integration.
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking using project management tools.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Monitor daily site progress and prepare project status reports.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.

Track materials, logistics, and resource allocation.

Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.

🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in telecom project coordination or site supervision.

Knowledge of telecom infrastructure (Towers, BTS, MW, Fiber, RF).

Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.

Knowledge of HSE compliance in telecom projects is preferred.

🔹 Preferred Skills
Experience in 4G/5G rollout projects.

Experience with telecom vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).

Understanding of site access permits and documentation.
