Description

Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, and firefighting systems).
Monitor and maintain the performance of AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, chillers, and other HVAC components.
Ensure proper functioning of water supply systems, drainage networks, and plumbing fixtures.
Supervise and coordinate with technicians and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation for daily and scheduled tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and building regulations.
Assist in planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and support site operations.
Coordinate with other engineering departments (Electrical, Civil, ELV) for integrated building services.
Review and update maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and system reliability.
Manage spare parts inventory and request required materials for maintenance activities.
Support energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements in mechanical systems.
