Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary with Sales & logistics experience to support administrative and operational activities in our Equipment & Rental Company.

Job Description:
 Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, walk-in) regarding equipment availability and pricing
 Prepare quotations, contracts, rental agreements, and invoices.
 Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and pending approvals
 Process sales orders and rental bookings in the system
 Maintain customer database and update CRM records
 Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices, and rental extensions
 Check equipment availability with yard/workshop before confirming orders
 Assist in resolving customer issues related to delivery, damage, or equipment replacement
 Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly performance summaries

Qualifications:
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative/logistics/Sales roles (preferably in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors).
 Strong MS Office skills
 Experience with ERP is an advantage
 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
