Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Full time | 8 hours (shifting)



Role Description



Serves as a primary point of contact for patients via phone, providing professional, compassionate, and accurate support regarding medical services, appointments, insurance, and general inquiries.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high-quality customer experience, and delivering excellent support services.
Resolving concerns efficiently and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service quality is also part of the role.


Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in ensuring high Customer Experience and retaining customer loyalty
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle complaints effectively and provide timely resolutions
Proficient in maintaining organized records of customer interactions
Ability to adapt to different situations and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
