A reputed company is looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling reception duties and greeting visitors

Updating daily attendance records

Preparing and managing office documents

Maintaining reminders for important tasks and deadlines

Monitoring and checking document expiry dates

Filing and organizing office records

Answering phone calls and directing them to the concerned department

Receiving and distributing incoming mail and couriers

Maintaining office supplies and stationery records

Assisting in preparing reports and official letters

Updating employee records and files

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Providing general administrative support to management

Requirements:

Male, Asian candidate

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records properly

Previous administrative or office experience will be an advantage

Location: Kuwait City
Duration: Temporary – 2 to 3 Months
