📢 Urgent Requirement – Project Engineer / Project Coordinator (PAI Project – Kuwait)
Immediate Joining Required
We are looking for a highly proactive and dynamic Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to support our PAI Project execution. The candidate must be capable of handling project coordination, technical follow-up, and client communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor and drive project activities to ensure smooth execution.
Identify issues early and solve problems to maintain project progress.
Manage all client, vendor, and internal communication updates related to the project.
Coordinate closely with Design, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineers for smooth project execution.
Prepare and follow up on Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and Vendor Document Design Review (VDDR) approvals for procurement items.
Familiar with KNPC project execution procedures and documentation systems.
Support preparation and review of ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), Method Statements, and Quality Plans for different project phases.
Coordinate with Vendors, OEMs, Subcontractors, and Client representatives for technical clarifications and approvals.
Track engineering, procurement, and site activities to ensure project schedule compliance.
Support discipline engineers by coordinating technical inputs, drawings, and project documentation.
Candidate Profile
Mechanical Engineering Degree is mandatory.
Indian candidate preferred.
Must be ready for frequent travel to India for vendor meetings, inspections, and coordination.
Experience in vertical pump installation or water pump station projects will be an added advantage.
Must be highly proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in oil & gas / KNPC project environment will be preferred.
