Description

Seeking urgently to hire an Accounts & Finance Manager who will oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Must fulfill the below criteria:
Key Responsibilities & Duties
•Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow to ensure accurate financial records.
•Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts to analyze business performance.
•Budgeting & Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary control procedures and strategic, long-term business plans.
•Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local laws and manage internal/external audit processes.
•Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance management.
•Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation and cost reduction.
Requirements & Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's (MBA) or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is often preferred.
•Experience: Proven experience 5+ years in accounting or financial management roles.
•Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
•Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
