We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Tendering Department in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales and tendering team in preparing quotations and technical/commercial proposals

Coordinate RFQs, tender documentation, and bid submissions

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records

Manage CRM data and sales reports

Communicate with suppliers and clients for quotations and follow-ups

Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Kuwait in sales coordination or tendering

Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial / Engineering trading companies is preferred

Strong skills in Excel, documentation, and communication

Ability to handle multiple RFQs and deadlines
