A leading engineering supply and contracting company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales activities within the local Oil & Gas market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve company sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business with key clients and EPC contractors
Identify and develop relationships with reliable international suppliers and manufacturers
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers and clients
Monitor market opportunities, RFQs, and tender activities within the Oil & Gas sector
Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, and tendering teams
Strengthen the company’s presence with major end users and contractors in the industry
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8–10 years experience in Oil & Gas sales in Kuwait
Proven track record in dealing with major clients such as Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, and EPC contractors
Experience in Oil & Gas supply companies or EPC contractors is mandatory.
Experience with vendor registration and business development with KOC / KNPC is an advantage.
Strong network within the local Oil & Gas market
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
