WE ARE HIRING – STAINLESS STEEL WORKSHOP MANAGER 🚨
Location: Amghara, Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Workshop Manager to oversee operations at a leading mechanical fabrication company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in stainless steel fabrication and prior exposure to KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily stainless steel workshop operations and fabrication activities.
• Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians.
• Ensure fabrication work meets project specifications and KOC standards.
• Review technical drawings and coordinate with project/site teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Plan workshop activities and monitor productivity.
📌 Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a stainless steel fabrication workshop.
• KOC project experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes (TIG, MIG, ARC).
• Experience in workshop planning and production control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
