We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant with a strong background in E-commerce and Retail, who is fluent in English and ready to join immediately. If you have a BSc in Accounting and are ready to bring accuracy, efficiency, and insight to our financial operations β€” we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
β€’ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
β€’ Handle e-commerce transactions and reconcile online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Shopify).
β€’ Monitor retail and online inventory transactions and costs.
β€’ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
β€’ Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
β€’ BSc Degree in Accounting or Finance
β€’ Proven experience in E-commerce and Retail accounting
β€’ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
β€’ Fluent in spoken and written English
β€’ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho)
β€’ Ability to start immediately
β€’ 18 transferable residence
Preferred Skills:
β€’ Experience with platforms like Shopify
β€’ Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software
β€’ Familiarity with international tax and shipping procedures
