Position Accountant / Admin

Salary 350–400 KD (depending on experience and quality)

Role Summary
Seeking a reliable Accountant / Admin to handle day‑to‑day accounting for FMCG operations focused on cooperative markets, while providing administrative support to the manager. The role requires hands‑on bookkeeping, inventory costing awareness, and strong Arabic communication.

Key Responsibilities
FMCG accounting for cooperative markets: record sales, purchases, and cost of goods sold.

Bookkeeping and reconciliations: bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.

Invoicing and collections: prepare invoices and follow up on receivables.

Inventory support: assist with stock control, stock counts, and basic costing.

Administrative support: manage correspondence, filing, and day‑to‑day office tasks.

Work directly with manager on reporting, ad hoc tasks, and operational coordination.

Flexible timing and occasional support for logistics or field tasks as required.

Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG accounting, preferably servicing cooperative markets.

Good command of Arabic (spoken and written).

Driver license is required.

Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Organised, reliable, and able to work closely with management.

Flexible working hours and readiness to handle varied tasks.

Available to join immediately preferred.
