JOB VACANCY – JUNIOR IT IN-CHARGE

We are looking for a Junior IT In-Charge to join our company and support daily IT operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network issues
Install and configure hardware and software
Maintain network systems, backups, and antivirus updates
Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Coordinate with IT vendors when required
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of IT support experience
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of servers and backups is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
