We are a leading multi-brand restaurant group in Kuwait looking officers to manage purchasing coordination, stock flow, and central kitchen control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchasing, supplier orders, and follow-ups
• Monitor levels and distribute stocks across branches and central kitchen: whole supply chain management!
• Ensure accurate stock transfers and documentation
• Track daily consumption and highlight variances
• Maintain proper records and reporting in Google Sheets / Excel
• Support operations team with inventory planning and control
• Ensure no stock shortages or over-ordering

Requirements:
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (mandatory)
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Prior experience in supply chain / inventory / F&B preferred
• Able to handle pressure and multi-task
