We are hiring highly experienced professionals for ongoing Civil Construction Project.

📌 1️⃣ Civil Supervisor
🔹 Job Description:
• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management team
• Monitor manpower productivity and material usage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and attend site meetings

📌 2️⃣ Civil Foreman
🔹 Job Description:
• Direct and control site workers and subcontractors
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
• Ensure proper execution of civil works (concrete, masonry, finishing, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and safety at site
• Coordinate with Civil Supervisor for materials and work schedules
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained

📌 3️⃣ Land Surveyor
🔹 Job Description:
• Conduct site surveys and setting out as per approved drawings
• Perform leveling, layout, and boundary marking
• Operate total station, auto level, and other surveying instruments
• Prepare survey reports and maintain accurate site records
• Coordinate with engineering team to ensure alignment with project plans
• Verify measurements for billing and subcontractor works

✅ Mandatory Requirements (For All Positions):
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil Construction projects
• Arabic language proficiency (Speaking & Reading)
• PAHW approval is mandatory
• Strong technical and site coordination skills

➕ Preferred:
• Valid Kuwait Driving License (added advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Notice period should not exceed 15 days
