Hiring: Construction Supervisor – Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Kuwait/GCC preferred)
We are looking for a qualified Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
* Manage site workforce and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
* Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
* Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
* Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of relevant construction supervision experience
* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Transferable Visa (Article 18 preferred)
