Requirements:

Female
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Must speak English; Arabic speaker an advantage
Previous admin/CRM or customer-service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email); CRM software a plus
Professional appearance, punctual, team player
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist showroom customers and visitors
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support (phone, email, messaging)
Maintain and update customer records/CRM
Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and office/admin tasks
Support sales team and management as needed
