Job Title: Growth Marketing Officer
Location: Kuwait

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Officer to drive measurable business growth through pipeline generation, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing within the real estate sector, with a focus on SaaS and system-based solutions. This role is focused on generating qualified opportunities and supporting revenue, not just brand activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute lead generation and growth campaigns
- Manage campaigns across digital channels, email, and CRM
- Run lifecycle marketing (nurturing, reactivation, upsell support)
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Track and report campaign performance linked to pipeline and revenue
- Support sales with presentations, case studies, and marketing materials
- Optimize website and landing pages for better conversion

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B marketing
Experience in real estate, SaaS, or system-based solutions is preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation and funnel metrics
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
