Description

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company’s IT infrastructure while overseeing the implementation, and support of the Odoo ERP system with overall system reliability.
Oversee Odoo performance, user support & data integrity with continuous improvement and ensure data security, backups, and proper access control across all systems.
Provide daily support to users on hardware and technical issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering sales, after-sales, inventory, and financial KPIs.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Drive digitalization initiatives across departments, ensuring better data flow and process control.
Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing solutions, and configuring the system to enhance overall productivity and profitability
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement system-based improvements to enhance operational efficiency and conduct regular system audits to ensure accurate and efficient operation.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in a combined role covering IT infrastructure & ERP
(experience in trading, distribution, or service companies is strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with reporting, data analysis, user support within ERP.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross departments and non-technical users.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset - able to work independently and drive improvements
