We are looking for a ATM Supervisor, to be deployed on premises. Below are Scope of Work and responsibilities.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
The ATM Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
• Own end to end channel performance
• Drive uptime and availability, including:
• Uptime improvement
• Cash out reduction
• Transactions per ATM optimization
• Cost per ATM reduction
• Identifying & improving low performing ATMs
• Planning relocation and footprint optimization
• Improve customer experience and support migration toward SMART ATMs
• Lead vendor and CIT management (replenishment cycles, FLM, SLM, idle cash reduction, outage management)
• Oversee incident management, RCA, and promote a preventive maintenance approach
• Conduct ongoing performance assessment
• Provide expertise in ATM/CDM operation and self service channels
• Possess basic ATM Switch knowledge and understanding of transaction flows
• Demonstrate commercial and strategic thinking to optimize network performance and increase income
• Manage and coach the operational team as required.
•Candidates must have work experience in Diebold Nixdorf (DN) models
