Industry: Restaurant / Hospitality
Experience working in Kuwait is a must
Transferable 18 Visa

🔹 *Key Responsibilities:*
Lead and manage the pastry kitchen operations.
Create and develop innovative dessert and bakery menus.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry team.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
Control food cost, inventory, and ordering of pastry ingredients.
Collaborate with the executive chef and management team on menu planning.

🔹 *Requirements:*
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef/Sous Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or bakery.
Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and dessert trends.
Leadership and team management skills.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage.
