We are looking for a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our strategic operations and drive business performance.

🔹 Key Focus:
Full P&L ownership
B2B client retention and relationship management
Systems integrity and operational excellence
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee B2B contract lifecycle, ensuring 100% compliance with contractual obligations and avoiding penalties
Lead ERP/Odoo operations to monitor real-time branch performance, inventory accuracy, and financial reporting
Audit Odoo system logs to identify operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining profitability
🔹 Performance Target:
Achieve a minimum of 98% SLA compliance across all B2B accounts
Maintain strong branch profitability margins
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Excellent leadership and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and teams effectively
