Technical Assistant / Engineer

A reputed oil sector service contractor is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support multiple departments including Business Development, QHSE, and Office Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business development activities, including tender preparation and submissions
Handle online tendering processes for KOC / KNPC / KPIC projects
Assist in QHSE documentation, audits, and compliance requirements
Provide administrative and clerical support (filing, documentation, coordination)
Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and technical proposal preparation
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project and office operations

Requirements:
Engineering or Technical Graduate (preferred)
2–3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or contracting companies
Hands-on experience with KOC / KNPC / KPIC tendering systems, Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, and technical documentation
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive (“go-getter”) attitude
Ability to understand technical concepts and project requirements
Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage . Should be able to join immediately
