We are a leading international catering & multi-brand restaurant group in Kuwait, looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end operations across restaurants, central kitchen, and delivery platforms
• Manage Talabat, Deliveroo, GetCari & in-house delivery operations
• Lead call center & customer service performance
• Drive operational improvements, audits, and KPIs
• Handle supplier coordination, purchasing, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with MOH, HACCP, FSMS & safety standards
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and sales trends
• Lead hiring, training, and team performance management
• Execute store audits, budgeting, and operational planning

Requirements:
• Strong personality, leadership skills & high accountability
• Highly organized, flexible, and deadline-driven
• Experience in multi-branch F&B operations is a must
• Able to manage 24/7 operations environment
• Stable candidate seeking long-term growth
