Job Overview: We are a beauty and perfume retailer looking for an energetic and presentable Sales Lady to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating beauty products, and achieving sales targets by understanding our diverse clientele's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes.
Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations and help customers test fragrances.
Drive sales through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store hygiene standards.
Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Mandatory Requirements:
Visa Status: Must hold a Valid Article 18 (Transferable) residency in Kuwait.
Languages:
English: Fluent speaking and understanding for professional interactions.
Hindi or Nepali: Proficient for communicating with diverse customer groups.
Arabic: Working understanding or basic speaking ability is required.
Experience: [2 - 4] years of experience in retail sales (Beauty/Perfume experience preferred).
Availability: Ready to join immediately is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive Salary (Range: KD 250 – KD 350 depending on experience).
