Description

A well-reputed engineering contracting company in Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support daily administrative operations.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings

• Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents

• Coordinate internal and external communications

• Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)

• Assist management with administrative tasks and follow-ups

• Handle phone calls and emails professionally



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification

• Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant( Minimum 5 Years)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred:

• Experience in an engineering or contracting company

• Familiarity with office management systems
