Description

We are hiring for the following roles to support maintenance and fit-out across our real estate portfolio, health clubs, and F&B outlets:
1. Kitchen Equipment Technician
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment(Blast chiller, refrigerator, freezer, griller etc)
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Perform preventive maintenance across F&B and club facilities
Requirements:
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge
Ability to handle urgent breakdowns
2. Carpenter
Execute carpentry works including cabinets, counters, and fittings
Handle repairs and fit-out works across properties and clubs
Ensure quality finishing and maintenance standards
Requirements: Proven carpentry experience (fit-out/maintenance preferred)
Good knowledge of materials and tools
Attention to detail
Residence location: Kuwait, article 18 visa transferable only
