utomatic Car Wash Installation Technician
The Installation Technician is responsible for the end-to-end assembly, setup, and commissioning of automatic car wash equipment. This role is highly technical, combining mechanical construction with precision electrical and plumbing work.
Key Responsibilities
System Assembly: Install car wash machinery, including gantry units, conveyor systems, brushes, and drying mechanisms.Technical Connections: Install and connect high-pressure water lines, chemical dispensing systems, and electrical control panels.
Technical Connections: Install and connect high-pressure water lines, chemical dispensing systems, and electrical control panels.
Testing & Calibration: Perform comprehensive "dry" and "wet" tests to ensure all sensors, motors, and safety limit switches are functioning correctly.
Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
