Working Hours:
10-hour shift per day
Shift-based duty
Day or night shifts as per company requirements
Days Off:
2 days off per month (rotational)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing customer communications related to pickup and delivery services. The role requires maintaining a professional, efficient, and disciplined approach while handling inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Duties:
Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly
Accurately book pickup and delivery orders in the company system
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely service
Provide customers with clear updates on order status, pricing, and timelines
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Follow all company call scripts, SOPs, and communication guidelines
Maintain accurate customer records and order notes
Conduct outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback when required
Ensure professionalism, speed, and accuracy in all interactions

Requirements:
Basic English communication skills (Arabic not required)
Clear speaking voice with strong listening abilities
Ability to work long hours and night shifts
Familiarity with mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
Strong discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company SOPs

Performance Expectations:
Strict adherence to assigned shift timings and attendance policies
High accuracy in order entry (minimal to zero errors expected)
Professional and respectful communication with customers at all times
Fast response time across calls and messages
Full confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Contract Notes:
Fixed salary: KD 250 per month
Shift timings and days off are determined by management
Violations of attendance, performance, or SOPs may result in warnings or immediate termination
