We are seeking an experienced HR Incharge to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Monitor attendance, payroll, and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
