Open Positions
1. Office Secretary
The backbone of our administrative operations.
• Key Responsibilities: Managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing digital/physical files, and supporting management with daily tasks.
• Requirements: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written communication.
2. Receptionist
The face and voice of our new branch.
• Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients/visitors, managing the switchboard, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the lobby's professional atmosphere.
• Requirements: A friendly demeanor, multitasking abilities, and a professional appearance.
3. Purchase Officer (Food & Beverage)
The strategic lead for our F&B supply chain.
• Key Responsibilities: Sourcing high-quality ingredients/supplies, negotiating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Requirements: Proven experience in F&B procurement, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of food safety standards.

Travel & Tourism Department
• Travel Consultant / Ticketing Officer:
• The Role: Designing tailored holiday packages, managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance for retail and corporate clients.
• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry. Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre (GDS) is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of worldwide destinations and the ability to handle complex itineraries and reissuances.
