We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections
• Basic knowledge of email communication and MS Office
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Graduate or equivalent qualification
Work Schedule:
• Rotational shifts and Roster Off.
