Description

We are looking for a Commis III (Bakery) with relevant experience to join our kitchen team in a high-volume premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery items as per SOPs
Follow recipes to ensure consistency, quality, and taste
Prepare ingredients including measuring, mixing, cutting, and portioning
Support daily mise en place and ensure timely production
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and inform chefs of shortages
Assist in basic bakery items such as breads, pastries, and simple desserts
Comply with all kitchen procedures and management instructions

Requirements:

Previous bakery experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Working Conditions & Benefits:

Duty: 12 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day
Salary: 130 KD
Accommodation & transportation provided by company
Duty meal provided
Live-out allowance will be provided (if applicable)
