We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of IT solutions, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
•Promote and sell company products, including Different IT Software & Hardware
•Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
•Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT / Software solutions preferred)
•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Must own a vehicle and Valid Kuwait Driving License
•Transferable Visa (Article 18)
