Description

1. HSE Engineer (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Candidates with 8+yrs of experience in oil and gas KOC/KNPC experience candidates preferred.
Engineering degree from a recognised institution.
Must successfully completed one or more certified HSE course in any category of training in general industrial safety, NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, ASSE Certification Global Safety Management or Equivalent course, iCertiOSH, iDipOSH, iDip NEBOSH, CSP, CEP, GSPQEP, Advanced Diploma in industrial safety.

2. Instrument Engineer

Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or related filed. Minimum 8 yrs plus experience in E&I works.

Experience in Industrial / Oil & Gas projects preferred. Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, control panels and field instruments. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain E&I systems.

3. Coating Inspector

Core Responsibilities
Surface preparation inspection
Check that surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared (e.g., blasting, grinding) before coating is applied.
Monitor coating application
Ensure paints or coatings are applied according to specifications, including correct thickness, mixing ratios, and environmental conditions.
Quality control testing
Perform tests such as:
Dry film thickness (DFT)
Wet film thickness (WFT)
Adhesion tests
Holiday (pinhole) detection
Standards compliance
Verify work meets industry standards like NACE International, SSPC (now part of AMPP), or project specifications.
Documentation & reporting
Maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records of work performed, materials used, and test results.
Environmental monitoring
Measure temperature, humidity, and dew point to ensure conditions are suitable for coating application.
Defect identification
Detect coating defects such as blistering, cracking, peeling, or corrosion and recommend corrective actions.
Safety compliance
Ensure all coating activities follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Additional Duties
Witness contractor work and ensure adherence to project specs
Review material certifications and technical data sheets
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and QA/QC teams
Approve or reject completed coating work
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of corrosion protection and coating systems
Familiarity with inspection tools (DFT gauges, hygrometers, etc.)
Certifications such as:
AMPP (formerly NACE/SSPC)
Attention to detail and strong reporting skills.

4. Fabricator.

No of Positions Required: 4.

Qualification Required: Secondary School plus two (2) Years’ Industrial Training Course with Trade Test Certificate or equivalent. Years of experience: 5 YEARS.

Field of Experience: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications. Measure, mark, and lay out materials (metal, plastic, composites) using precision tools. Cut, shape, and form materials with saws, shears, lasers, plasma, press brakes, rollers, and other equipment.

Assemble parts by welding, bolting, riveting, or fastening according to specifications. Perform MIG/TIG/stick welding and brazing as required; maintain appropriate welding certifications.

Fit and finish parts: grind, deburr, sand, polish, and apply coatings or primers. Perform quality checks and inspections; verify dimensions and tolerances with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Troubleshoot and correct fit-up or assembly issues; adjust fixtures and tooling. Maintain and operate fabrication machinery safely; follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.

Maintain work area and tools; perform routine maintenance and report equipment faults. Estimate material needs and help manage inventory; cut stock to minimize waste. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet production schedules.

Document work completed, time, and materials; complete quality and compliance records. Follow company and regulatory safety, environmental, and quality standards (PPE usage, MSDS, permits). Train or mentor junior fabricators and apprentices as needed.

5. Cable Jointer

Read and interpret cable schedules, drawings, single-line diagrams, and work orders to determine jointing requirements.

Select appropriate jointing methods and materials for the cable type (low-, medium-, high-voltage; LV, MV, HV; armoured/unarmoured; fiber optic) and environment.

Prepare cables for jointing: measure, strip insulation and bedding, cut armor, clean conductors, and prepare cores to correct lengths. Install mechanical and heat-shrink joints, resin/pothead joints, cold-shrink joints, straight-through and branch joints, and terminations per manufacturer instructions and specifications.

Perform wet- and dry-environment jointing (trenches, jointing pits, manholes, substations, overhead poles) and ensure waterproofing and protection against mechanical damage. Carry out pre- and post-jointing cable testing: insulation resistance, continuity, sheath testing, TDR/fault locating, and pre-commissioning checks using appropriate test equipment.

Use hand and power tools safely and maintain jointing kits, molds, heaters, pumps, and testing instruments. Follow safe isolation, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety procedures; use appropriate PPE and follow confined-space, HV permit, and rescue procedures when required.

Comply with company and regulatory standards (IEC, IEEE, local codes), follow approved jointing procedures, and complete required documentation (test sheets, jointing records, splice IDs).

Troubleshoot and repair cable faults and defective joints, carry out emergency repairs and temporary reinstatements when required. Coordinate with planners, engineers, site supervisors, and network operators for outage planning, switching schedules, and restoration.

Maintain inventory of jointing materials and report shortages; prepare jointing kits and site setups.

Ensure quality control: visual inspection, dimensional checks, and verification of joint integrity before back filling or reinstatement.

Travel to site locations, sometimes working nights or on-call for outages and emergency repairs. Train and mentor junior jointers, apprentices, and support staff; supervise subcontractors when required. Immediate Joiner will be give first preference, HIGH priority, handsome salary and perks.
