Tendering & Sales Engineer (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Are you someone who can drive both technical solutions and commercial success? Can you turn an RFQ into a winning proposal—and also support client engagement and pre-sales activities? If yes, we want you on our team.
We’re looking for a results-driven Tendering & Sales Engineer who can manage the full cycle—from solution design and pricing to client interaction and deal support.
💼 Your Role (Tendering + Sales Engineering)
• Own RFQs/RFPs end-to-end—from analysis to final submission
• Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and compliance documents
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and support pre-sales discussions
• Recommend optimized technical solutions aligned with client needs and budgets
• Coordinate with OEMs and Distributors.
• Build integrated solutions across:
– IT infrastructure (Data, Networking, CCTV, ACS, Q-management System, PAS, servers, & Storage)
– Power systems (UPS, batteries, Capacitor Bank, Solar System, Light Fittings, Wiring Devices, Cables, & Generators)
– Electro-mechanical equipment (AC Units, compressors, Conduits, Pumps, Motors, etc.)
• Support the sales team during negotiations and project closing stages
• Ensure full compliance with tender specs and Kuwait regulations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 5–8 years’ experience in tendering / pre-sales / sales engineering
✔ Strong ability to handle tenders independently
✔ Proven experience in client-facing pre-sales activities
✔ Ability to manage multi-disciplinary scope (IT + electrical + mechanical)

• Speed and accuracy of proposals
• Number of tenders submitted
• Technical win rate / contribution to closing deals
• Compliance with requirements (minimal rejections)
• Effectiveness in supporting sales pipeline
