We are currently hiring for the following positions:?

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

?1.? Supervise and monitor electrical and instrumentation works on-site to ensure ?compliance with project specifications and quality standards.?

?2.? Review technical submittals, drawings, and site documentation.?

?3.? Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved construction practices.?

?4.? Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements.?

?5.? Work closely with engineering and project teams to maintain project schedule and ?quality standards.?

?6.? Familiarity with API, ASME, and international codes and standards



Instrumentation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

?1.? Supervise and monitor instrumentation contractors’ site activities.?

?2.? Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety ?requirements.?

?3.? Review technical submittals and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.?

?4.? Maintain project files, site records, and progress documentation.?

?5.? Inspect ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and ?specifications.?

Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project management, engineers, and site personnel.?

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone ?calls.?

• Manage project documents such as reports, permits, contracts, and other records.?

• Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and office supply ?management.?

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive project, financial, and personnel ?information.?

• Prepare clear written communication with proper grammar and formatting.?

• Handle all assigned site office work.?

• Proficiency in MS Office and common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ?and Outlook.?



Scheduler/Planning Engineer?

Key Responsibilities

?1.? Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.?

?2.? Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera ?P6.?

?3.? Perform critical path analysis and track project progress.?

?4.? Report schedule status, updates, and forecasts to project stakeholders.?

?5.? Coordinate across engineering disciplines to maintain project timelines.?

?6.? Review technical submittals and maintain project documentation.?

?7.? Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.?



Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.?

• Experience in maintenance projects is highly preferred.?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline based on position)?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Engineering/Administration depending on role)?

• Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.?
