Qualification:
Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement stage-wise manufacturing quality plans
✔ Develop & maintain quality control checklists
✔ Manage QC team (Foremen / Technicians)
✔ Coordinate with QA for final testing
✔ Implement corrective & preventive actions
✔ Handle multiple work orders & products
✔ Prepare daily / weekly / monthly assembly plans

Requirements:
✔ Strong delegation & multitasking skills
✔ Experience in switchgear industry is an advantage

Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Quality Control
