Project Engineer (Civil / QS / HSE)

Experience: 10 years

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing civil engineering coordination, cost control, and site safety to ensure successful execution of construction activities in compliance with technical standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and coordinate civil/structural drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and client specifications.
• Manage RFIs and design changes and coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Track quantities (BOQ), variations, and support cost control with the finance department.
• Review and validate contractor claims related to project costs.
• Implement and monitor HSE plans on site.
• Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Investigate and report site incidents.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
• Strong knowledge of industrial or infrastructure civil projects (preferred).
