Hiring: Executive Pastry Chef

We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train & manage the pastry team
* Oversee daily kitchen operations
* Create & innovate pastry recipes and menus
* Ensure top quality, taste & presentation standards
* Manage inventory, ordering & cost control
* Maintain food safety & hygiene standards
* Coordinate with kitchen & service teams for smooth operations
* Handle special orders & customer requests
* Prepare performance reports for management

Requirements:
* Experience as Sous Chef / Assistant Executive Chef
* Culinary qualification preferred
* Strong knowledge of baking & pastry trends
* Leadership & team management skills
* Good organization & time management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong communication skills
