Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant operations by ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on chillers, air conditioning systems, refrigerators, coffee machines, lighting, and other electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime across restaurant outlets
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to address maintenance requests efficiently
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably within hospitality or F&B
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Basic understanding of plumbing and general maintenance is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs
