We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.
Position: Business Development Associate
Nationality: Indian
Location: Egaila
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
• Experience in Kuwait market is preferred
• Knowledge of company bidding processes, RFQs, and tenders
• Experience in supplier/vendor registration with major companies and government entities in Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and vendors
• Support sales and marketing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals
• Handle vendor registrations, prequalification, and tender participation
• Track and manage RFQs, bids, and proposal submissions
