Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supervisor & Inventory Controller to manage production coordination and inventory operations in our perfume business.
πŸ”Ή Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Monitor and supervise daily production activities
β€’ Ensure production processes (mixing, fermentation, cooling, filling) are carried out properly
β€’ Check availability of fragrance oils and other raw materials
β€’ Reserve and manage stock based on confirmed orders
β€’ Maintain accurate inventory records (fragrance oils, bottles, packaging materials)
β€’ Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments for order execution
β€’ Prepare and maintain reports (stock reports, production updates, delivery records)
β€’ Ensure timely updates of production status (morning & evening)
β€’ Verify product quality and ensure proper handling of materials
β€’ Prepare delivery notes and coordinate dispatch
β€’ Handle local purchase coordination if required
β€’ Maintain proper documentation and filing system
πŸ”Ή Requirements:
β€’ Male or Female candidates can apply
β€’ Preferred: Keralite (Indian candidates preferred)
β€’ Languages: English & Hindi (Arabic not mandatory)
β€’ Education: B.Com / BBA or any graduate
β€’ Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Word)
β€’ Strong organizational and coordination skills
β€’ Ability to handle responsibility independently
