Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing perfume and fragrance business in Kuwait.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new B2B customers (perfume brands, retailers, private label clients)
• Promote fragrance oils and A to Z private label services
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct client meetings, present samples, and follow up regularly
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with Accounts & Production teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in B2B sales (Perfume / Cosmetics / FMCG / any preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word)
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Valid Kuwait residency
🔹 Additional Information:
• Preferred: Indian candidates
• Age limit: 25 – 35 years
• Salary will be discussed during the interview
• Attractive commission based on performance
• Open to Male and Female candidates
