Manage inventory, costing & menu planning

PASTRY CHEF (CAFÉ) Kuwait City
Prepare cakes, cookies, brownies & pastries
Develop recipes and introduce new menu items
Maintain quality and presentation standards

ASSISTANT PASTRY CHEF (STARTUP ROLE) Kuwait City
Assist in pastry production
Prepare cakes, tarts, cookies, brownies, etc.
Handle ingredients, equipment & daily targets
Support kitchen operations in a startup environment

BAKERY & PASTRY CHEFShaab Seaside
Prepare sourdough bread & bakery items
Assist in pastry production
Manage ingredients, equipment & daily production targets

PASTRY CHEF (CAFÉ)
Prepare desserts (cakes, cookies, brownies, pastries)
Develop recipes and contribute to menu creation
Ensure consistency in taste, quality & presentation
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
Support daily kitchen operations
Minimum 3–4 years experience
Strong knowledge in confectionery & desserts
Creative and detail-oriented

BAKER (BREAD & SOURDOUGH)
Prepare baguettes, bread & sourdough items
Ensure freshness, consistency & product quality
Maintain hygiene & food safety standards
Handle baking equipment efficiently
Assist in sandwich preparation (advantage)
Support daily production targets
Experience in bread, baguettes & sourdough required
Knowledge of kitchen operations & hygiene
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Team player with attention to detail
