Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.



2–4 years of experience in quality control within the food or dairy industry.



Knowledge of dairy processing, quality testing methods, and food safety systems.



Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.



Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.



Good communication and reporting skills.



Ability to work in shifts and in a production environment.



Preferred Skills:



Experience with m, cheese, or fermented dairy products.



Understanding of shelf-life studies and stability testing.



Knowledge of ISO standards and internal auditing practices.
