Looking for an experienced and responsible manager to handle my sports clothing business.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily retail shop operations
* Supervise tailors, cutting master, and designer
* Handle staff/salary coordination
* Manage stock and production workflow
* Send daily updates to owner
* Solve day-to-day operational issues

Requirements:

* 3+ years management/operations experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Must speak Arabic and English fluently
* Must have transferable Visa 18
* Experience in retail/apparel preferred

Degree Preferred: Business Administration / Operations Management
Salary: Based on experience
